I really like your products, where can I buy them?

For all trade enquiries, please complete the "Create Trade Account" form and a member of our sales team will be in touch. For general retail purchases, in addition to working with a number of popular high street retailers, you can also buy direct from us at www.robert-frederick.co.uk.

I purchased one of your products from a stockist and it's faulty, can I return it to you?

We are only able to process returns, refunds and exchanges on items purchased directly from us or from www.robert-frederick.co.uk. We advise you to directly contact the retailer from which the product was purchased.

I am missing a piece from my brand new jigsaw puzzle, what can I do?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the puzzle manufacturing process, we are not able to match or replace individual pieces.  In accordance with your statutory rights as a consumer, please contact the retailer from which the item was purchased regarding a full refund or exchange as detailed in their own policy. 

I've lost a puzzle piece, can I order a new one from you?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the puzzle manufacturing process, we are not able to match or replace individual pieces therefore we cannot offer a replacement puzzle piece service.
