How do I become a stockist?
We’d love for you to stock our products! Simply fill out our Robert Frederick trade application and provide your details. We’ll review your application and get back to you as soon as possible.

Once your account has been approved and set up, you can log in using your email address. You’ll find the login page by clicking the figure icon in the top right corner, or you can use the pop-up that appears when trying to access product information.

To access product details and pricing, you’ll need to register for a Trade account. Once approved, you can log in and view everything you need.
Do you have a minimum order value?

Yes, we have a minimum order value of £100 ex VAT, but there are no minimum quantities for products.
How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 1-3 days. Please note: This does sometimes increase during busy periods, such as Sales, Black Friday and Christmas and over Bank Holidays. If you haven't received your order, please allow seven working days before contacting us.

Online orders can be paid for using a range of methods including credit and debit cards

Please allow the full delivery time. If you haven’t received your order by then, let us know and we’ll help track it down. Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, it’s in the hands of the courier, but we’ll do our best to resolve any issues.

Where can I access my account information and invoices?
Once logged in, click either the cart or the profile icon at the top right corner of the screen. A pop-up will appear, where you can select the ‘My Account’ tab to access your details.
Your order invoices will be automatically uploaded to your account. If you notice anything missing, don’t hesitate to contact us, and we’ll ensure they’re uploaded for you.

Yes, your shopping basket will save automatically. However, please note that this doesn’t reserve stock, so items you’ve added may become unavailable if someone else purchases them before you complete your order.

Yes! We collaborate with a variety of companies and retailers to provide bespoke products. We’d be happy to discuss your project. Please note that a full production MOQ applies for bespoke designs.
